Not when the weight is right. Every extension is chosen for the natural lash it sits on, and no set leaves the studio heavier than your lashes can carry. Damage comes from overloading, poor isolation and picking. The first two are our job, the third is yours.
If you are unsure, book a classic or hybrid and say so in the notes. The consultation at the start of every first appointment goes through your eye shape, your lashes and how you want to look, and the set is decided together before anything is applied.
An infill is booked every two to three weeks and needs at least 40 percent of your extensions still in place. Anything less is a removal and a new full set. If you have had a set or infill in the last ten days, a 35 minute mini infill is £25.
A full set takes around two hours depending on the style. An infill takes about an hour and a quarter. Nothing is rushed.
Cleanse daily with an oil free lash cleanser, brush through with a clean spoolie, avoid oil based products around the eyes, and book your infill every two to three weeks. You will get an aftercare card at your appointment and a reminder when your infill is due.
