No refunds are offered for completed lash services or products purchased.If you're unsatisfied with any aspect of your experience, please contact me directly. I'll do my best to resolve any issues.

No exchanges or refunds are given for products purchased in-salon or on the website.If a refund is approved in exceptional circumstances, a £20 administration fee will apply.

The consent forms for lash treatments clearly state that while I strive for the best results, there's no guarantee of a specific outcome. I use my experience and expertise to provide the best possible treatment.I'm committed to improving client satisfaction and regularly update results on my website.A "touch-up" for lash treatments may be offered at my discretion, but this shouldn't be expected.

My goal is for you to be delighted with your results, which is why I conduct thorough pre-treatment consultations to manage expectations.Any concerns about lash work done at Progressive Lash Pro must be brought to my attention within two months of the treatment for a face-to-face review.

I'm not obligated to correct work done by other lash technicians. I don't review clients who present concerns more than two months after their treatment with me, especially if they haven't previously raised any issues.
